How can I reach you?
If you prefer to speak with us over the phone, you can give us a call between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. Our team is happy to answer any questions you have.
Do you offer 24-hour access?
We offer access from 5 AM to 1130 PM, 7 days a week. Our flexible access hours allow you to get access to your self-storage unit any time you need. For instance, you can make plans with a friend or family member to help organize your unit on your schedule instead of ours.
How far are you from New Braunfels, Texas?
Great question! Our self-storage facility is roughly 9 miles from New Braunfels, allowing you to reach us in minutes after a short drive via I-35. We’re also convenient to other surrounding communities, like Schertz, Cibolo, Seguin, Santa Clara, and Selma.
What type of units do you have?
We offer a large variety of unit types and sizes. For instance, you can use one of our interior ground-level storage units to make sure your belongings are well protected against the elements. We also have a number of parking spaces (covered or uncovered) so that you have enough room for your car, boat, and RV. If you need help determining your storage needs, feel free to contact us.
What else can I store?
It all depends on what you’re planning to store because we have space for it all! Here are some of the most popular items you can keep out of your way so they won’t take up space in your home, office, basement or garage: holiday decorations, business documents, books, furniture, electronics, old appliances, and clothing.
Are my items really safe here?
Yes, our self-storage facility is as secure as it gets. It’s equipped with video surveillance, perimeter fencing, gate access, and a variety of secure storage units. You can depend on us to safely store your most valuable possessions.
Can I pay online?
Yes, tenants can pay their rent even while they’re away from home by using our online bill pay feature from anywhere with an internet connection. You can also set up your self-storage rent on auto-pay, which means there’s one less thing you need to worry about during your next renting experience.

Do you have climate control?
Yes! Climate Control units are available in 10x10 and 10x20 sizes. All units are on the ground floor and both temperature and humidity are controlled.
